Lillian A. Schwittay, 86, of Pound in the town of Brazeau passed away on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Community Memorial Hospital, Oconto Falls. The daughter of the late Emil and Ernestine Schindel was born December 15, 1925 at Oconto Falls. Lillian was married to Leo Schwittay on December 6, 1946 at Menominee, MI. The couple lived in Marinette where Lillian was a nurses aid at the Luther Home in Marinette for 46 years. In 2006 she moved to Pound to live with her son and daughter-in-law. Leo died November 12, 2006. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Harvey and Joyce Schwittay of Pound, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; one sister, Anna Wirtz of Oconto Falls, one sister-in-law, Clara White of Porterfield; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, 235 E. Main St., Coleman from 4-8 p.m. on Monday with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, August 21 from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev.
